For decades, the artists Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell have created memorable paintings from the realms of fantasy, mythology, wildlife and sci-fi.

ArtFantastix is primarily a catalog and guide to Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell's art. This site contains over two thousand unique paintings including preliminary works, and drawings.

The images within were largely scanned from my personal library of Boris and Julie's publications, recently however, due to financial constraints, I have ceased adding to the compilation. Previously unpossessed content was simulated using images already present in the collection, this method is unreliable, as it does not replicate how the origial appeared in it's final form. To provide authenticity, missing images are now sourced from Internet Vendors and marked with an {R} symbol to denote where this has been done.

Thank You Borisography

The 'Original Borisography’ (the concept of Hercules Gunter based in Western Australia), introduced me to the art of Boris Vallejo. Inspired by his site, I began collating Boris's art, later adding Julie's art too. Meanwhile the original Borisography remained dormant with no updates since September, 2000. To remedy the situation, I decided to share the collection through this website. providing a new alternative with the latest content.

Since that time, the new Borisography has been resurected under the very capable management of Bernard Rogers, he has added fresh new content bringing the site right UpToDate. Bernard is far more diligent than me in rooting out rare paintings and researching background information. I cannot urge you enough to visit this wonderful website.
