The base set consists of 150 cards including the checklist, based upon X-Men characters rendered by a variety of artists. The bottom of each card bears the character's name etched in gold foil with the card sets logo in the bottom right hand corner.
These are the cards by Julie Bell sourced so far, they are from the Super Heroes and Super Villain subsets. There is one large Ultra Print card of Storm.
