According to the myth, the Rainbow Serpent descended from that larger universe being visible as a dark streak in the Milky Way. It revealed itself to people in this world as a rainbow as it moved through water and the rain, shaping landscapes, naming and singing of places, dreaming them into existence.

Storm's main talent is control of the weather, which she uses to carry her through the air. But her passing moods also affect the elements, so if she loses her temper everyone has to take cover. For a while she was revered as a rain-goddess in Africa, until Xavier recruited her for the X-Men.

Pandora the wife of Epimethius, had a jar containing all manner of misery and evil. Out of curiosity Pandora opened the jar, releasing the evils upon the world. All that remained inside the jar was Hope, the lid having been shut down before she could escape.

This is a poster for the 1984 movie Razorback an Australian natural horror film based on Peter Brennan's 1981 novel.Directed by Russell Mulcahy making his directorial debut. Originally produced for the World Of Warcraft Trading Card Game: Heroes of Azeroth (Upper Deck Entertainment). Eight paintings were submitted for inclusion to the Trading Card Game set, this is one of four that were eventally unused.

The idea here was to create something quietly sexy at the same time as playing with reflections. That one figure is a reflection is stressed by different skin tones and a slight fuzzines of the edges. The model Josephine Maisonet was photograpked in Julies living room.

This was done in an attempt to secure commissions based on themes similar to Arabian Nights, on this occasion Julie was less successful. Anthony and Davis once again model as the adventurous kids. Medium: Oil and Acrylic Size: 38cm x 51cm.

With a trusted and loyal companion always with her, she'd defeat demon armies with stealth and laughter rather than brute force.

The woman in this drawing is a fan who contacted Boris and Julie in the hope of modeling for them. She has subsequently appeared in several paintings.

One of the paintings for Tarot, a project Julie began with The Emperor in 2001, Boris added his painting Death to the project, even with Julies sons David and Anthony Palumbo helping out progress was slow. The Vallejo/Palumbo team finally gained the impetus to complete the project when beginning in November 2007 Heavy Metal Magazine featured four Tarot paintings per issue over the next twenty-two issues, ending in May 2011.

This and the painting B-176 Love and Care were done for an exhibition of erotic art called Peep Show.

During one battle with the X-Men, Rogue absorbed the mind and superpowers of Carol Danvers, the original Ms Marvel. This gave her strength, invulnerability and the power to fly. But for some unknown reason this time the experience was not temporary and ever since she has carried Danvers round inside her as an alter ego who occasionally rises to the surface and takes over.

Every time Rogue touches someone and for as long as they are unconscious she takes full possession of their memories and personality.
