Nearly 50 years of calendars

Boris' first calendar was published in 1978 by Ballantine featuring the Tarzan book covers he had produced for the same publisher. The following year, four of his paintings were included in Earth Art Graphics 1980 calendar 'Heroic Fantasy'. In 1980 Verkerke published Boris's Heroes containing 13 of Boris's works. Workman Publishing has produced a Boris Vallejo Calendar every year since 1979, Julie has been contributing since 2001.
